Mods and Adm.

I was looking around and I noticed that Sea Magic is a Adm. I was wondering if other people can be Adm. Also, I am a mod, it says I am a mod on the usergroups, and I can't edit other people's post! I haven't seen anything to edit yet, but I want to know so that if I do, then I can!

I think I have an Idea... the other 3 mods are adm. and I'm not, maybe it's got something to do with that.

I found out why! Its because I'm not an Adm. I tried to reply to a Forum rules thing and it own't let me! It said only Adm. could reply! But I can't be an Adm.
